Btlcoin token and Ether will be sent to an address in exchange for EventChain’s EVC-Coins based on the ICO prices in USD.
Btlcoin token is being offered to create an initial marketing budget to raise awareness of the EventChain SmartTicket system and to build and promote public-relations with the crypto community. This instrument enables EventChain to cultivate a preliminary team of btlcoin token holders whom are committed to a quality ICO and to a successful long-term development. The Pre-ICO has been launched and will stay open until either it is fully subscribed or the Phase-1 ICO begins. If the Pre-ICO is not fully subscribed, unsubscribed tokens will be assigned to the Phase-2 ICO to satisfy btlcoin token demand within the community.
Phase-1 ICO will launch in the Summer of 2017 and will stay open until it is fully subscribed or EventChain decides to close the Phase-1 ICO offering, at which time unsubscribed Phase-1 ICO btlcoin token will be allocated to the Phase-2 ICO.
The Phase-2 ICO starts when the Phase-1 ICO offering completes. The Phase-2 ICO will consist of 7,600,000 btlcoin token plus any unsubscribed btlcoin token from the Pre-ICO and/or Phase-1 ICO to give late adopters a chance to acquire EventCoins before they become tradable on the cryptocurrency exchanges.
Phase-1 and Phase-2 of the ICO will be available for a maximum period of 3 months. Any EventCoins not sold will be vaulted for future use of EventChain as determined by its Board of Directors.
